It all began with Jeremy Clarkson's sudden need for some tranquility. After years of driving fast cars in the city, he craved a glimpse of rural life. Naturally, Richard Hammond and James May quickly jumped on board. So they threw some things in the back and headed for the depths of England's green fields.

They stumbled upon an old manor that needed a some serious work.

Of course, things became a bit chaotic.

To test/evaluate/push to the limit a fleet of vintage/classic/antique cars on the winding roads surrounding Sheriff Johnson's jurisdiction.

What started as a simple/straightforward/ordinary race quickly devolved into a full-blown comedy of errors/disaster zone/farce. A herd of sheep/goats/cattle was released/accidentally set free/escaped onto the track, causing a pileup/multiple collisions/a traffic jam involving one vintage sports car/antique pickup truck/classic muscle car and a garden shed/tractor/mobile home.

Sheriff Johnson was left with no choice but to arrest/detain/apprehend the Top Gear presenters, who were charged/cited for/accused of several traffic violations/misdemeanors/infractions.

As for the cars? Well, let's just say that they weren't in perfect condition/pristine/showroom ready when they left town.
